§ 8-28. Site inspections.

A site inspection shall occur after the lot is staked, but prior to digging the foundation. The condition of the existing curb, sidewalk, utilities and other infrastructure will be recorded by the building official, and in the event that these items are not in substantially the same condition when construction is completed the city will make a determination of the extent of damage which shall be required to be repaired at the sole expense of the property owner prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
