§ 8-2. Adoption of state building code.

Latest version.

It is the intent of the city council that the mandatory chapters of the Minnesota State Building Code, as amended from time to time, be adopted and incorporated in this section as if fully set out herein, including, without limitation, section 1306, Special Fire Protection Systems, but that optional chapters of the Minnesota State Building Code are adopted only upon ordinance of the city council amending this section to include the optional chapters.
