§ 34-2. Authority and purpose.

This chapter is adopted pursuant to M.S.A. § 412.491 for purposes of providing for the use of parks and trails in such a manner and by such means as will maximize their use and enjoyment by the public, while conserving the scenery, and the natural and historical objects and wildlife therein.
